Return & Refund Policy – Bibienne Jewels

1. Overview

We hope you love your jewelry. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

3. How to Return

  1. Contact info@bibienne.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. You’ll receive return instructions and the return address.

  3. Send your item back within 14 days after approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email info@bibienne.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made or engraved pieces

  • Sale items (unless faulty)
